The festival is scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 22, 2023, immediately following the Ever Glamor Nha Trang international light show festival. Its purpose is to kick off the summer tourism season in Khanh Hoa province with a series of events. The international light show festival will feature four teams from the Republic of Korea, China, India, and Vietnam. The festival will take place throughout the weekend. The winning team will have the opportunity to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Nha Trang Sea Festival. INS Delhi is the lead ship of the class of guided-missile destroyers of the Indian navy. The High Command of the Navy Zone 3 receives Indian naval soldiers at Tien Sa Port in Da Nang. During the course of their stay Indian officers and crew members will pay courtesy visits to leaders of Da Nang, as well as the High Command of the Navy Zone 3.
